Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

We are using the courier guy to ship our orders, so if there is a high volume of orders it may take a little longer to get your order to you, but we Trompie online will stay in touch with you in regards to that and also The courier guy will notify you when your order is on its way and when it arrives. We will provide you with a tracking number that you can type into The courier guy track and trace.

Shipping Locations 

We are shipping to all of South Africa using the courier guy transport services. As long as it is possible for the courier guy to reach your location with no obstacles in their way. In the event that it is unsafe for the courier guy to enter your Location they will notify you about that and make other arrangements with you.

Please make sure you give the correct shipping address as we will not carry the costs if you gave the wrong shipping address. You should also make sure that you are available when you package is delivered or make arrangements with someone to collect your package.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [ Trompie Group,The Lakes Farm,Potchefstroom, 2520]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are [08:00-17:00] from Monday-Friday and (08:00-13:00) on Saturdays we are not open on public holidays.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.


 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, after assessing the product and if the product is a refundable product we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please note that you should make use of your own shipping to get the product back to us if you wish to get a refund. Make sure you first talk to us before sending a product back to us.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
